Duties & taxes

🇺🇸 US: all duties, taxes and fees are included at checkout. No surprise bills when your parcel arrives 🎉

🇪🇺 EU: no duties or extra fees, ever.

🌍 Everywhere else: your order may be charged import duties, VAT or local fees on arrival. These are set by your local customs office, so check your government's website for the latest info.

Good to know

  • Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays occurred during shipment.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Made a mistake? Email us at hello@ri-ice.com with the correct address as soon as possible, and we'll update it if your order hasn't shipped yet.
  • We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back.
  • If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we can to assist you. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
