Shipping policy

Regular orders are processed in 1-3 working days. 
Custom orders are processed in 1-3 weeks.

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed and can take longer due to customs clearance in countries outside the EU, or other possible shipping delays. 

* Please note: 

- United States: all duties, taxes, and fees are already included at checkout — no surprise bills on delivery. 🎉
- European Union: There are no duties or fees, so no surprise costs!
- For customers not in the European Union or the United States: your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other local fees once it arrives in your country. These charges are set by your local customs office, so please check your government's website for up-to-date information.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays or losses that occurred during shipment.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.

If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything possible to assist you. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
