All regular orders will be shipped out in 1-3 working days.

Custom orders are shipped out in 5-7 working days.

Netherlands: DHL - €5,95 - Free for orders over €50. 

Europe*: DHL - €9,95 - Free for orders over €100.

United Kingdom*: UPS - €9,95 - Free for orders over €100.

United States*: UPS - €18,95 for orders under 100, €9,95 for orders between €100-€200. Free for orders over €200.

All other countries*:  UPS or PostNL - €18,95 - Free shipping for orders over €200,-.

* Please note: Duties and taxes are NOT included in the total at check out.  Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. Riice is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Please check your government's website for possible charges. 

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays or losses that occurred during shipment.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.

If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we can to assist you. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

Returns & refunds

Riice products are designed for smiles, so if your order doesn't spark joy please send me a message so I can fix it. You can contact me via the contact form at the bottom of this page, or email me at hello@ri-ice.com. 

If you change your mind and want to return or exchange an item, I keep a 14-day return policy. Please let me know if you wish to return or exchange your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Only items that are returned in the original packaging and show no signs of wear can be refunded. 

Please ship return packages within 14 days of receiving your order, anything outside of this will not be accepted. Riice will deduct any import tax and duties for non-EU return shipments from the refund amount.

Riice is not liable for any lost returns. 

All sales of discounted items, custom orders, and earrings or other piercings are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
